- Check out the area you are buying in – look at capital growth, liveability and the general location. Location plays a huge part in the growth potential of a property. Buying in the wrong area may see stagnant or backwards growth but buying in the right area can see huge rewards. Purchasing a property close to public transport, shops, restaurants and good schools is a major plus, as everyone prefers convenience on their doorstep.
- Make sure you examine the apartment selections properly and ask questions,
- Look at the Builders past projects.
- Are the real estate agents knowledgeable about the project and the area?
